About

Strong Foundations Make Stable Futures

I am honored to offer online and in-person counseling to people who want more out of life, students of the Cabot Public Schools System, and to couples or families in Arkansas who feel stuck or disconnected. It is my goal to help people heal and overcome what is holding them back, so they can feel better within themselves, in their relationships, and in their everyday lives. In everything I do, I hope to live and work in a way that reflects my deepest convictions to love my neighbor, move through life gracefully, and engage in life with integrity. By loving people with genuine respect for their choices, healthy boundaries, and compassionate honesty, I have served many through their journey. This is the heart of my work and the reason I care deeply about helping others. I am a Nationally Certified, Licensed Associate Counselor in Arkansas. I work with teens, adults, families, and people in traditional or non-traditional relationships. I use proven counseling tools and approaches to help people build a better future. I focus on the whole person—spirit, body, mind, and community. My practice welcomes and supports everyone. No matter your background, beliefs, or relationship style, I meet you where you are. I also offer longer therapy sessions—three to eight hours—for couples and families who want deep work without attending weekly sessions. I travel across Arkansas to meet with clients in person and offer weekend appointments when needed. At this time, I am under supervision as I complete the final hours toward full licensure and continue training in EMDR therapy (I have already finished basic training). I am here to help, even if that means finding someone better suited to serve your needs.
